In January 2017, the Philadelphia ACE Task Force Steering Committee embarked on a journey to create a new strategic plan for the Task Force, incorporating guidance from the full membership of the Task Force. The new Strategic Plan was vetted with the full task force in June 2017, with final feedback given. In 2018, the Task Force is implementing the plan, which includes a new set common goals, activities, and structure. Below is an infographic and also a link to download the plan.
